IOParlspeech is a dataset of over 600,00 statements on IOs in national parliamentary debates between 1990and 2018. It covers six countries and three continents (AT, DE, CAN, UK, USA, NZL) . It is generated from existing datasets of legislative speeches, most notably Parlspeech. Details on the data collection method are shared with the article International Organizations in National Parliamentary Debates, co-authored with Stefanie Walter. You can access the datasets here.
EUParlspeech is a dataset of over 1 million references to European integration made in the plenary debates of 10 EU member state parliaments between 1989 and 2019. It is generated from existing datasets of legislative speeches, most notably Parlspeech. These references are translated into English with Google Translate. This chapter from my dissertation explains and validates EUParlspeech. The datasets can be found on Zenodo.
EUCOSpeech is an original dataset of over 6,000 statements (paragraphs) by EU heads of government in press conferences after EU summits. These statements are classified for credit and blame with human hand-coding. Details on the data collection can be found in the article Credit Claiming in the European Union. You can access the dataset at the JOP's Harvard Dataverse.
